Rutledge-Ledbetter, LLC will arrange an initial interview to assess your needs. Then we establish a confidentiality agreement to protect your information. Once I have access to financial records, I will enter all your transactions, input bills, download bank and credit card statement, reconcile your bank accounts and any payable accounts you have.
Lastly, I submit everything to your CPA by creating a backup file to send directly to your tax accountant. The CPA would then only need to give me the adjusting entries for mid-year and year-end.
